Internal activities, leisure, relaxation and interculturality
Tosyali’s social responsibility translates into the human element, the main source of all wealth and progress. The feeling of belonging to our complex is acquired over time, it is a titanic work of which the managers of the complex are fully aware. Beyond unifying speeches, we carried out relaxation and leisure activities to create an intercultural bridge between the expatriate community and the locals. Many distraction activities allied to physical performance and fraternity through sports, such as swimming, basketball and football competitions are part of the “feeling of belonging” chapter. This course tends to be reinforced, anchored, and will be diversified to meet the expectations of workers.
