The production process begins with receiving iron ore by ship to our port.
Iron ore is the most widely used material on Earth with ever increasing demand since the industrial revolution. It’s the basis material for Tosyali Algeria. Our suppliers are among the largest in the world with advanced technologies and minimal impact on the environment. The iron ore used by Tosyali Algeria is shipped from Brazil, Canada and Chile to our port located in Arzew, a few kilometers from our facilities. We discharge about 200,000 tons per ship at a frequency of 45,000 tons per day In order to optimize logistics and production, a conveyor belt transports iron ore unloaded from ships to our 500,000m² pelletizing area.
