Beneficiation Plant

All of the investments constituting the 4^th stage of the 5-stage Tosyalı Algérie investment were completed.

Within the framework of these investments, the first Beneficiation Plant with a capacity of 4 million tonnes became operational in 2022 and the second Beneficiation Plant with a capacity of 4 million tonnes became operational in 2024.

Through this beneficiation process, the low-grade magnetic ore is ground and magnetically separated to increase its grade and is ultimately transformed into DRI grade pellet concentrate.

Thanks to the beneficiation units, Tosyalı Algérie is not limited to supply the smallest diameter ore with the most suitable quality for pelletization. This enables the procurement and processing of iron ore from any geography, enhancing Tosyalı Algérie's sustainability in terms of cost and boosting the company's competitiveness and independence in the global market.
